Canada International Wellness Culture Association(CIWC) is an independent Canadian non-profit organization, promoting, teaching and practicing Qigong as a form of exercise for the benefit of fitness, health, well-being and the enjoyment of its practitioners.

Qigong is an ancient traditional Chinese health maintenance and exercise practice for cultivating body & mind. Qigong can be practiced regardless of age and their practitioners strive to promote their quality of life, vitality and longevity through relaxed and gentle movements.
 
 
   
Health Qigong is compiled by the national Chinese Health Qigong Association, China, conducting scientific research into fields like Traditional Chinese Medicine, modern medicine, psychology, exercise science as well as by absorbing its essence from expert practitioners and scholars.
